On the morning of March 22, Fan Chengyi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Li Shizhen Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, visited Xingzhi School to investigate food safety work. Meng Xianzhong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Xingzhi School, Tian Yi, Chief Inspector, Chen Guo, Vice Principal and other school leaders accompanied the investigation.

Secretary Fan carefully inquired about the various operating procedures of the canteen, and carefully consulted the qualification certificate of the food supply unit, the canteen in and out of the warehouse, the health examination form of employees and other archives. In particular, the implementation of the food safety system, the cleaning, disinfection and cleaning of tableware, the retention of food samples, the request for food raw materials, the records of food in and out of the warehouse, the food inspection, food processing, meal distribution and meal accompaniment were investigated in detail.

After the investigation, Secretary Fan highly affirmed the work done by our school in terms of food hygiene and safety awareness, daily management of canteens, food operation processes and the implementation of system norms. The school praised the school's implementation of strong measures to ensure the quality and safety of teachers and students' diets, such as "bright kitchens, recipe publicity, nutritious catering, leadership accompaniment, parent tasting, and teacher and student evaluation".

At the same time, guiding opinions and suggestions were put forward for the school to further strengthen food safety work. Secretary Fan stressed: food safety work is a basic and guarantee work of the school, related to the safety and stability of the school and the physical and mental health of teachers and students, we must conscientiously implement the food safety management system, put an end to the occurrence of food safety accidents, shoulder the political responsibility of food safety, and ensure the health and food safety of teachers and students.
